The SmartGFE™
The SmartGFE enables loan originators to create professional-grade good faith estimates quickly and efficiently using live rates for real estate closing services (title insurance, home and pest inspections, home warranty, notary services, and more) with a few simple clicks. Local property taxes, transfer taxes and recording fees are included in the service, which customizes data based on local customs and practices per transaction.
